Please click on the link below to be directed to the OHF landing page for more information on the training and course registration (it will be free). Team officials once on the landing page will access the course registration via the link and then be responsible for registering for the “GENDER IDENTITY AND EXPRESSION COURSE.” Upon registering for the clinic, team officials will have received an email with instructions for completing the modules.

The clinic will take about one and half hours as it has two-forty minute modules and is free.

All Other Clinics:

You must use Hockey Canada’s EHockey Registry system to register participants to clinics.

If you have previously taken a clinic, anywhere, with Hockey Canada, you will have been assigned a Hockey Canada ID number.  Upon creation of an account and successful login to EHockey, you will be asked to "Add a Member".  Input your name, birth date and gender to find yourself in the database.  If you have taken a clinic in the past, and are having trouble finding your member profile please contact Cheryle Hinder ([email protected]) for assistance so as not to create duplicate records. After you have created an account with EHockey and added yourself as a member, as a ORHC member you will be able to register online for a OMHA clinic at no cost and view your clinic/certification history.

If you received certification through an association other than ORHC and have not transferred your Hockey Canada Member ID to ORHC , or have not had your ID classified as "Shared" (ie. Oakville Hornets), please contact Cheryle Hinder via email for instructions specific to your situation ([email protected]) You will not be able to register online until this is completed.  If applicable, conversion fees are NOT covered by ORHC.

If this is the first time taking a clinic with Hockey Canada, you will be able to create a new profile in the Hockey Canada Registry.  Once you have created an account, you will be asked to "Add a Member".  Input your name, birth date and gender.  The system will respond "that person could not be found".  On this screen the option to "Create a new member profile" will appear.  Follow the steps to create a new profile.
