Founders and brothers Todd and Trent Courage started out in the retail window film business in 1989 in Mississauga, Ontario then began sub-distributing for DTI in 1992. The retail business was sold in 1994 in order to focus on distribution as Courage became the exclusive Canadian distributor of Sun-Gard and Glass-Gard window films.
