Oct 12, 2013 Team 5 at Oakville Flames
After starting the season on the road, the Oakville Flames had their home opener on October 12 against Team 5. The Flames were off to a good start before falling behind. With less than five minutes left, the Flames scored to be within 1 and then pulled their goalie, going for the equalizer in the last minute. With no stop time for the last 4 minutes, the Flames ran out of time and fell 4 - 3 for their first loss of the season.
