Minor Peewee Red Ice Dogs win Motown Cup
The Minor Peewee Red Ice Dogs won the Motown Cup Tournament in Detroit in November, beating Thornton 7-1 in the final game.

Tournament MVP Evan Muller scored 4 goals in the victory. Also making the score sheet in the final game were Jaiden Thiara, Martin Lakostik and Henry Robinson with a goal each. 

The Ice Dogs were undefeated in the tournament, beating Thornton 6-3, Rochester 8-1 and Findlay 5-1 in earlier game play. 

Also contributing to the big win were Nolan Bourdeau, Jack Taylor, Benjamin Leitao, Jake Walker, Andrew Diong, Liam Deighton, Jake Branco, Lucas McNaney, Ethan Coulter, Owen Baxter, Evan Szekszer amd Marco Paris. Armando Leitao and Ryan Procunier coach the team. Jeff Robinson and Doug Bourdeau are the trainers and Arnold Branco and Karen Branco are the team managers.
