Oakville's Peewee House League Blades Win Gold at the Frank Sabatino Memorial Tournament
After recently
winning gold at the Bradford Blue and Gold Classic Tournament, the Oakville
Blades Peewee House
League team went undefeated last weekend to win the Frank Sabatino Memorial
Tournament on home ice with the final game being held at the Sixteen Mile
Sports Complex.
The Blades went 5-0 over the weekend, defeating teams from Oakville (5-2), Newmarket (6-1) and Waterloo (3-0) during round robin play. The Blades won their semi final game 4-2 against another team from Waterloo, followed by a 3-2 overtime win against London in the Championship game.

Jonathan Tino.
The Peewee Blades are coached by Mike DeGennaro, Dave Sasaki and Harpal
Singh with bench support from John Tino and Jared Gould.
