Games 15 & 16: Double Header Weekend - A tale of 2 teams
Game 15: (The real Red Rebels)
We came with a game plan and the boys executed almost perfectly. Forechecking, backchecking and great goaltending were all done fantastically well....they only difference between a win and the 1-1 tie (which was the result) was our finishing in front of the net. Despite the tie, a great example of what this team can do!

Game 16: (Who are these Red Rebels?) continued......
From the opening puck drop we were on our heals. The Silver Bullets came to play and they were hungry. We got out hustled and out played. What happened to the hard working Red Rebels hockey team?
A great lesson in how good Oakville red level hockey is. On any given day, any team in this league can win and especially if you don't come with your "A" game. Congrats to the Bullets on a well deserved win!
There were a few bright spots....congrats to Adam M on the 2 goals!
Special congratulations to our players of the game Sam W. and Hamish D.! You were both rock solid!
As for the Red Rebels team.......I know we will be back to our old form in the tournament this weekend!
