What a fun start to the season! The Golden Warriors are building their strength, game by game. After three games, the team is starting to show some good momentum. The team spirit is great and the positive energy will help the team continue to improve.
The team worked well together across all areas of the ice. Defensive play in our own zone was solid with both the defence and forwards, working together to move the puck out. When shots were taken, our goalie, Jack stayed calm, made the save and covered up the rebound. In the offensive zone, the team did a good job keeping the opposing team from breaking out and taking advantage of opportunities to score a goal.
The ambassador of the game today was Andrew Policelli. His hard work today helped limit the shots on goal.
