Upon acceptance, I agree that I will be required to attend a Hockey Canada officiating clinic prior to receiving assignments. I agree to keep my availability up to date in the online scheduling portal, attend all assignments as schedule, be punctual and ensure that game sheets are completed accurately to the best of my ability. I agree to adhere to all policies put forward by the governing bodies of Minor Hockey in Oakville. I understand that a condition of receiving assignments is my availability and I am required to make my services available for a reasonable amount of time each month during the hockey season - this includes early mornings, afternoons and evenings on weekends and periodic weeknights. I understand that games assigned to me are my responsibility. I agree that failure to comply with all of the above stipulations may result in disciplinary action which may include any or all of the following - fines, suspension and/or dismissal.
