    SCAT Pocket Tool
The Sport Concussion Assessment Tool (SCAT), published by the Concussion in Sport Group, is a standardized tool for evaluating injured athletes for concussion and can be used by anyone to help recognize a suspected concussion in children, youth, and adults. This tool should be kept and used at the point of play: field, rink, school yard, etc. It is helpful in identifying how to recognize signs and symptoms of concussion, as well as when to remove an athlete from play. The SCAT also lists what to do next when a possible concussion is recognized.
