Very seldom in regular season house league hockey do you see a game tied at zero after two periods, but that was the case Saturday when the Blizzard faced off against the Red Bulls.
There was solid work from the defensemen. The Red Bulls were down to just four - Dylan Ferri was paired with Andrew Melamed, and Jacob Malinauskas skated alongside of Evan Bubanovich. The Blizzard cycled through five "D" - Jack Toffey, William Cockwell, Adam Baldelli, Nicholas By and Will Beattie.
The Blizzard broke the deadlock, with Daniel Tremblay scoring off his own rebound.
The Red Bulls pulled their goalie in attempt to get the tying marker, and with just one second remaining Robert Szalay did just that. 
Both goalies, Tyler Jones for the Bulls and Damien Rothgerber for the white sweaters, played well in this competitive, exciting game.
