The Red Bulls suffered their first loss of the season last week and entered this one looking to bounce back against the Vipers.
The teams skated to a goalless first period, but the Bulls scored twice in the second, with goals from Devon Kinnaird and Lucas Marley to take a commanding lead entering the final frame.
The Bulls were dominant in this one, with a lot of time spent in the Vipers end. Vipers goalie Oscar St. James-Kush and the defence in the yellow sweaters did a good job keeping the score close.
The Vipers got some life when Marcus DeMaria's long shot was stopped by the Bulls goalie, but somehow got through his pads and rolled slowly over the line to draw the Vipers within one.
That was as close as they'd come though, this one ending with the Red Bulls getting back into the win column with a 2-1 victory.
