The Oakville Rangers Hockey Club
2023 Annual General Meeting will be conducted virtually. Registration is required to receive a Zoom
link for the AGM. To attend and vote at the AGM, you must have been a registered member of our club for the 2022-2023 season, as per our By-Law 5.3. Please use the link below to register. If you have any

Registration for the AGM opens on Monday, August 21,
2023 at 9:30am
Registration for the AGM closes on Sunday August 27,
2023 at 5:00pm

Appointment of Proxy Form. Instructions for appointing a Proxy can be found here. Completed Proxy Forms are to be submitted via email to AGM23@oakvillerangers.ca. Proxies can be submitted
when Registration for the AGM opens on Monday August 21, 2023 at 9:30am and
will be accepted until Sunday August 27, 2023 at 5:00pm.
The
Nominating Committee, with the approval of the ORHC Board of Directors, have
tabled a slate of Director(s). The slate
of Director(s) will be voted on by the membership at the AGM. Please clickherefor the Director’s bios and
