With Jon Elkin, Director of Goaltending for the Pittsburgh Penguins (NHL). Jon has had a remarkable career in developing goalies from preteens all the way to the NHL. Concerned that Ontario has not kept up with other regions and nations of the world in turning out world class goalies, Jon looks forward to addressing what he sees as shortcomings in the development system and suggestions on how to improve it.
