Junior Timbits and the Initiation Program, also known as IP, are programs specially designed for 4, 5, and 6 year olds. These programs introduce kids to the love, joy, and passion that is hockey!! Please click here for more information.
The Fast Forward Club is a program specially designed for players 8 years old or younger who are brand new to hockey. The goal of this program is to provide a faster stream of development for new and beginning hockey players. Please click here for more information.
The ORHC Skills Academy and the Goalie Development Program are add-on programs designed to develop the skills and fundamentals of hockey. These programs are run by a series of professional development coaches and former pro players and are available to players of all skill levels, ages 8 and up. House League is a recreational level of play offered to players 7 years old and older. Typically, House League consists of one practice per week as well as one or two games per week (depending on the Division). The season begins in early October and runs until late March, and is capped off with Playoffs, Championships, and Awards. The House League Select Program
The Select Program offers an advanced development experience above and beyond that provided in House League. The program is offered between U10 and U13. Tryouts are held shortly after the House League season begins, and the players selected to these teams will participate on both a House League team and the Select team. Rep Hockey is a fast-paced, highly competitive level of play that offers a greater challenge to exceptional players. The ORHC is a AAA Center and offers five levels of competitive hockey: AAA, AA, A, AE, and MD.
