to SHOWDOWN IN O’TOWN 2024!
Some updates and reminders for all team coaches and managers to
review. Please go over each item below and ensure your team is up to
speed on all things SHOWDOWN! The schedule is out (see tournament site)

- GSI Reminder We will be using Electronic Gamesheets please see
instructions below:
To upload rosters to the Gamesheet App:
- Create a new account, or
log into an existing account using the link you received via. email on
January 29th.
- Enter your team
invitation code also received in the above-mentioned email.
- Go to the Roster tab.
- Select the Action button
located at the top right of the page.
- Select “Import From CSV”
- Fill out the attached
template with player first and last name, all players and goalies must be
listed as “Player” and all bench staff listed as “Coach” for the upload to
work correctly.
- Upload your completed
roster under the “Import From CSV” section.

- Obtain team HCR number
from home organization (OMHA, Alliance, HEO, HNO organization only.) and
send to Eric at [email protected]

3. Oakville Blades
Jr. A Home Game Tickets - we are happy to provide FREE tickets to our
hometown team the Oakville Blades home game Feb 17th @ 7:00 pm.
Please note:
Tickets are available for any participants or
family members of participants from the Showdown in O’Town or Shrink the Rink
tournament teams.
There is no limit to the number
of tickets requested.
Any player registered with the
Oakville Rangers does not need a ticket but must wear an Oakville Rangers
jersey for free access to the game.
Tickets
will be available for pick up on game day Saturday February 17th between
4pm and 7pm at
the Oakville Rangers Office, located on the lower level opposite rink 1,
Sixteen Mile Complex, 3070 Neyagawa Blvd, Oakville, ON. L6M 4L6.
Tickets are available on a first
come first served basis until they are gone.

4. In partnership with the Mississauga
Steelheads, we are able to offer a special discount to all teams
competing in The Showdown in O-Town to the Steelheads game on February
19th OR February 23rd. We will be offering everyone exclusive ticket
rights, bringing costs down to $16.75 for adults and $15.75 for children 12 and
under.

Please take a drive to Sixteen Mile Sports Complex to visit HOCKEY
VILLAGE! Top shot hockey will be hosting interactive games and lots
of vendors will be set up to entertain!
