Penguins, it is so fun watching you play so well as a team! It was your first game changing on the fly and everyone did a great job.
It was going to be tough to beat the sharp shooters from the Bombers as they came out strong in our first game. However, you were not going to make it easy for them today. Our defence protected the blue line well and kept the Bomber scorers out of our zone. When the Bombers did try to score, Noah made some great saves to keep the Bombers off the scoreboard for most of the game.
Our forwards played well across the entire ice. They came back to check in our own zone to help the defence get the puck out. They checked hard in the neutral zone and they fought hard to keep the puck in the offensive zone.
