Contest Period:
The giveaway contest begins on October 16, 2024, at 12:00 AM EST and concludes on October 21, 2024, at 11:59 PM EST.
Eligibility:
The contest is open to all legal residents of Canada who have reached the age of majority in their province or territory of residence at the time of entry. Employees of the Oakville Rangers Hockey Club, its parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, and Facebook are not eligible. This contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Facebook/Meta.
How to Enter:
No purchase necessary. Participants must follow the specific entry requirements as stated in the contest post. Multiple entries from the same user will be considered as one.
Prizes:
Two (2) winners will each receive a brand new BarDown Hockey Mom Hoody. Winner will need to visit Corbett’s Source for Sports to indicate size and pick up the item.
The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Winner Selection:
Winners will be randomly selected from all eligible entries (contest post likes) on October 22, 2024.
The winner will be contacted via direct message on Facebook and must respond within 48 hours to claim their prize.
Failure to respond within the stipulated time will result in forfeiture of the prize, and another winner may be selected.
General Conditions:
By entering, participants agree to abide by these official rules and regulations and the decisions of the Oakville Rangers Hockey Club, which are final. The Oakville Rangers Hockey Club reserves the right to disqualify any participant found to be in violation of the rules or found to be tampering with the entry process. The contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial, and local laws and regulations.
Release and Liability:
By participating, entrants release The Oakville Rangers Hockey Club, Meta / Facebook, and their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, directors, officers, employees, and agents from any and all liability with respect to any damage, injury, death, loss, or other liability that may arise from entrant's participation in the contest or the awarding, acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.
Winners must correctly answer a skill testing question to be eligible to claim their prize. Winners acknowledge their image will be used to promote the giveaway on Oakville Rangers Hockey Club social media channels as well as the Hockey Moms of Oakville Rangers Facebook group.
Privacy:
Personal information collected during the contest will only be used for administering the contest and for other purposes as described in these rules. By entering the contest, entrants consent to the manner of collection, use, and disclosure of personal information as set out in The Oakville Rangers Hockey Club privacy policy.
Amendment:
The Oakville Rangers Hockey Club reserves the right to amend or terminate all or any portion of this contest at any time without prior notice.
