GOALIE SPECIFIC OFF SEASON TRAINING:
Since 2002,
Beyond the Next Level has offered top level sports specific training for elite
hockey players, prospects, and professionals. Over the years, we have
worked with numerous goalies at all levels to help improve their strength and
conditioning through the use of highly-developed, goaltending specific
protocols. Our goaltending program has been enjoyed by such prospects as
Jack Campbell summer 2023, Steven Mason (2012-2018), Jacob Ingham
(2021-present, recently signed with LA Kings) Jack Lafontaine(Seattle Kraken
organization), Tristan Malboeuf (2018-2023 -previously an Oakville Ranger, now
a Kitchener Ranger) and Peterborough Pete’s goaltender Liam Stuzska (2018-2023)
to name a few. We collaborate with our athletes to develop a program that focuses
on lateral movement around the crease, speed, agility, core, and explosiveness.
As BTNL continues
to grow and expand, we are looking to offer more for our goalies and are now
looking to host goalie specific camps on top of our already elite, established
and professional programs. If you are looking to become the best goalie you can
be, you can find confidence in our programs to help bring you to the next
level. In order to do this, we are bringing in goalie coach Jamie Lambert, who
has quickly become one of the prominent goaltending instructors in the Oakville
area. For the past 9 years, Jamie has worked on and off the ice, developing
hockey players of all ages and skill levels, many of whom have gone on to play
at the junior, college, and pro levels. Since the inception of his program "Lambert
Goaltending" in 2022, Jamie has established a notable community of skilled
and successful goaltenders. Dutifulness, integrity, humility, and generosity
are some of the key values Jamie wishes to impress upon his students.

As we move
forward with our goalie specific camps, we offer 4 levels of memberships suited
to different ages and levels;
All options will
be through the months of May & June as our facility will be packed through
July & August with our summer pro camp. Times and days are to be
determined/coordinated. Multiple ice sessions will be booked and arranged based
on age and level so that everyone will receive the proper attention needed for
their development.
Option 1:
10 pack of in-gym
goalie specific training at the cost of $800 + hst.
(Ages and levels
will be coordinated accordingly)
Option 2:
10 pack of in-gym
and on-ice training (ice first & workout directly after) at the cost of
$1600 + hst
Option 3:
3 hours of ice
per week (in the mornings of mon, wed, fri) with workouts right after for 6
weeks from mid May to mid June at the cost of $2600 + hst.
Option 4:
For those elite
level athletes who are looking for more ice and more gym, we recommend and
encourage you to sign up for our summer pro camp program which is an extensive
6 week program from July 1- August 9.
