Oakville Rangers 2024/25 Registration - ORHC Refund Policy

Requests for refunds will not be accepted after October 31st for any reason, including but not limited to injury or illness


All Withdraw, Refund, and Cancellation requests must be submitted using the Registration Refund Request Form (https://oakvillerangers.ca/Forms/12097/). Refunds will only be issued on requests received prior to October 31st and will be granted according to the date that the application is received in the ORHC office. An administration fee will be applied to all refunds as per the below schedule:

All refunds are processed back to the credit card that was used for payment. Please inform the office immediately (email [email protected]) if this card has expired or is otherwise no longer valid.
